Class fees can be refunded, credited, or transferred to another class during the first week of class. Refund, credit or transfer is not granted automatically. You must send your request to Train for Success support via email or phone (see contact us) prior to the deadline. You will then get the confirmation email from us. After the first week, refunds are no longer available.

If have paid for a course and cannot complete it within one calendar year of the start date, you may retake the same course for 50% of the original course fee.
